Six months prior to your event it’s likely you book the venue, decide who is invited and determine the menu.
The ideal time to get your wine started is once you’ve decided on the menu. The wine is ready in 4-6 weeks. We recommend allowing the wine to age two to six months before your event.
Aging allows characteristics in the wine to develop that compliment the food you serve.

How Many Bottles do I need?
The right amount of wine is based on the number of guests you expect to serve
100 guests 5 cases of wine with 10 bottles extra
120 guests 6 cases of wine with 12 bottles extra
140 guests 7 cases of wine with 14 bottles extra
160 guests 8 cases of wine with 16 bottles extra
It is always better to have extra bottles of wine than too little.
